Vibe Coding: Build and Launch Your First Product with AI
A 12-day live cohort where you learn how AI really works, vibe code a full-stack product from scratch, and ship it to a live URL. No coding background needed.
Most people use AI like a search box and get random results. This cohort teaches you to use it like a senior engineer on your team - one you can direct, review, and trust.
In 12 live sessions you go from idea to launched product. You will learn how AI actually works (so you know why some prompts work and others fail), then build a complete full-stack app step by step: UI, database, authentication, integrations, security, and deployment. Every day is hands-on - you build your own project alongside the live walkthrough, not a throwaway demo.
What you will walk away with
- A live product on the internet that real people can use
- A deep understanding of how LLMs work, so you get the most out of any AI tool
- A repeatable workflow - plan, prompt, build, debug, ship - that you can use on every future project
- Your own rules file and prompt library
- The confidence to launch, get feedback, and keep iterating
How it works
- 12 live sessions, 1-2 hours each (typically about 90 minutes), Monday to Friday over 2 weeks
- Each session: short recap, concept demo, live build-along, and a small assignment
- Doubt support in a private community group between sessions
- Session recordings shared for anyone who misses a class
- Capstone Demo Day on the final session
What you need to know up front
This is a focused build-and-ship program, not a computer science degree. AI tools write most of the code - your job is to learn to direct, verify, and launch. By the end you will understand enough of what is happening under the hood to debug problems and make sound decisions. We use free tiers of GitHub, Vercel, and Supabase, so your only possible extra cost is an AI tool subscription (a free-friendly path is covered in the setup guide).
Seats are limited to 25 so every student gets real feedback on their project.
Who it's for
- Students and fresh graduates who want to build real products without years of coding
- Founders, freelancers, and working professionals who want to turn ideas into software
- Developers who want to ship faster by working with AI properly
- Anyone who has tried AI tools but got inconsistent or broken results
What you need
- A laptop (Windows, Mac, or Linux) with a stable internet connection
- A product idea you care about (we will help you shape it on Day 1-2)
- Free accounts on GitHub, Vercel, and Supabase (setup guide shared before Day 1)
- Zero coding experience required, only curiosity and 1 hour a day for practice
Syllabus
Week by week.

Week 1
Day 1 — How AI Actually Works
- What an LLM is, in plain language - next-token prediction, training vs inference
- Tokens, context windows, and why AI forgets or gets worse in long chats
- Why hallucinations happen and how to catch them
- Choosing the right model - fast vs smart, and what temperature and system prompts do
- Chatbots vs agents, and how tool use works
- Live demo - same task with weak vs strong context
- Homework: write a one-paragraph problem statement for your capstone idea
- 2
Week 2
Day 2 — Prompting and Context Engineering
- The prompt formula - role, context, task, constraints, output format
- Examples, making AI ask you questions first, and iterating on output
- Rules files (CLAUDE.md, .cursorrules) and project briefs
- Writing a one-page PRD with AI and cutting scope to a 3-feature MVP
- When to start a new chat and how to carry context forward
- Homework: finalize your MVP spec
- 3
Week 3
Day 3 — Dev Environment and Web Basics
- Setting up your editor (Cursor or VS Code), Node, Git, and GitHub
- How the web works - browser, server, frontend, backend, API, database
- Reading code without writing it - files, components, routes
- Git basics - commit, push, branch, and why it is your undo button
- Generating and running your first landing page locally
- Homework: push your landing page to GitHub
- 4
Week 4
Day 4 — UI and Frontend with AI
- Design basics for non-designers - layout, spacing, typography, color
- Tailwind and shadcn/ui so AI-generated UI looks polished
- Prompting for UI using screenshots, reference sites, and wireframes
- Responsive and mobile-first design
- Build: the full UI shell of your capstone (screens, navigation, static data)
- 5
Week 5
Day 5 — Data and Backend
- Databases explained - tables, rows, relationships
- Setting up Supabase and creating tables with AI
- CRUD operations and connecting frontend to database
- APIs and environment variables - what secret keys are and where they must never go
- Build: working data layer end to end
- 6
Week 6
Day 6 — Auth and Users
- Sign-up, login, sessions, and protected pages
- Row-level security - making sure users only see their own data
- Roles and permissions basics
- Common mistakes AI makes with auth and how to verify them
- Build: authentication added to your capstone
- 7
Week 7
Day 7 — Integrations
- Third-party APIs - payments (Razorpay/Stripe), email, file uploads
- Calling an LLM API from your own app - prompts in code, cost, rate limits
- Webhooks explained simply
- Reading API docs with AI's help
- Build: one integration of your choice into your capstone
- 8
Week 8
Day 8 — Debugging and Working With AI Effectively
- The debugging loop - read the error, isolate, give AI the right context
- Reading stack traces, the browser console, and the network tab
- What to do when AI loops or gets stuck - reset, simplify, switch models
- Controlling AI with small tasks, one change at a time, and reviewing diffs
- Keeping your codebase clean as it grows
- Live "broken app" clinic using students' own bugs
- Homework: feature-complete MVP
- 9
Week 9
Day 9 — Pre-Launch - Security, Testing, Deploy
- Security checklist - exposed keys, input validation, auth holes, rate limiting
- Manual test plans and AI-generated tests, edge cases
- Performance, SEO, and meta tags basics
- Deploying to Vercel, production environment variables, and custom domains
- Analytics and error monitoring on free tiers
- Privacy policy and terms basics
- Build: your product live on a public URL
- 10
Week 10
Day 10 — Launch, Growth, and Demo Day
- How to launch - where to post, writing a launch post, getting your first 10 users
- Collecting and acting on user feedback
- Monetization and pricing basics
- Building in public on LinkedIn and X
- Where vibe coding breaks down and when to learn deeper engineering
- Demo Day: every student presents their live product (3-5 min each)

Final project
A real, working full-stack web product of your own - with a database, user login, at least one third-party integration, and a live public URL - plus a clean GitHub repo, your personal prompt library, and a launch post.
