Refund Policy

All cohort fees are non-refundable.

Each cohort has a small, fixed number of seats, and your seat is held for you from the moment your payment is confirmed. Once you've paid, I can't offer a refund, whether or not you attend the sessions.

Please read the cohort page carefully before paying: the schedule, prerequisites and syllabus are all listed there. If you have any doubts, email me before you pay and I'll help you decide whether the cohort is right for you.

Missed sessions

Every live session is recorded and shared with the cohort, so you can catch up on anything you miss. Missing sessions doesn't make you eligible for a refund.

If TBC cancels a cohort

If I cancel a cohort before it starts, you'll get a full refund to the UPI account you paid from, within 7 working days.

Duplicate or incorrect payments

If you paid twice by mistake, or paid more than the listed fee, email me your transaction IDs and I'll return the extra amount.
